2. ELIGIBILITY
Before you decide to enrol, understanding the CPA course eligibility is vital.
Minimum Criteria
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Science or Arts.
- Candidates need 120 credits to register for the US CPA examinations and 150 credits to receive their CPA licence.
Criteria for Indian Students
- One year of university education in India is calculated to be equivalent to 30 credits of US education.
- For specific individuals, graduates of a three-year NAAC-A approved degree from Indian universities may sit for the US CPA exam.
- Indian CAs with B.Com are also eligible to take the CPA exam in some states in the USA. The criteria vary for each state.
- Individuals with CA Inter/ CS Inter/ICWA Inter/ Diploma require 30 credits.
- Candidates pursuing M.Com/ MBA/ CA/ CS/ ICWA require 60 credits.
- Students with a B.Com/ BBA/ BA/ BSc/ BMS / BFA degree require 90 credits.

5. REGISTRATION PROCESS
